Itinerary

Welcome to Oman! Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. Relax and enjoy your evening. Overnight in Muscat.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided city tour of Muscat: Visit the majestic Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque (please respect dress code). Explore the Bait Al Zubair Museum. Drive to Old Muscat to see Al Alam Palace and the Portuguese forts, Jalali & Mirani (photo stops). Wander through the vibrant Mutrah Souq. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Muscat.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner. After breakfast, depart for Nizwa, the ancient capital. Explore the massive circular tower of Nizwa Fort and the bustling Nizwa Souq. Continue to Jabrin Castle, famous for Omani ceiling paintings. Stop for photos at Bahla Fort (UNESCO site). Enjoy dinner. Overnight in Nizwa.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner. After breakfast, visit the traditional village of Birkat Al Mouz and its ancient Falaj system. Head into the golden Wahiba Sands desert. Enjoy an exciting dune bashing experience in 4x4 vehicles. Experience the sunset over the dunes. Enjoy a traditional dinner and overnight stay at a desert camp.

Breakfast, Dinner. After breakfast in the desert, drive to the stunning Wadi Bani Khalid. Enjoy swimming in its deep turquoise pools and relax amidst the palm trees. In the afternoon, continue to the coastal city of Sur. Visit the traditional dhow (wooden boat) factory. Enjoy dinner. Overnight in Sur.

Meals: Breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy a scenic coastal drive back towards Muscat. Stop to explore the dramatic Wadi Shab (requires a short boat ride and a hike to the pools for swimming). Visit the Bimmah Sinkhole, a unique limestone natural pool. Continue to Muscat International Airport for your departure flight (check-out 12:00 PM).
