Booking Policy
At Spring Tours Oman, we strive to make your travel planning as seamless as possible. All reservations for inbound tours, car rentals, and visa assistance are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required depending on the travel package and season. Full payment details will be provided by your dedicated travel consultant upon itinerary approval.
- Tour Packages: Itineraries are subject to slight changes based on weather conditions or local regulations.
- Car Rentals: A valid international driving license and a credit card for the security deposit are mandatory for all self-drive rentals.
- Visa Assistance: Visa processing times may vary. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel dates.
- Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Important Note: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry into the Sultanate of Oman.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while covering the operational costs of organizing your journey, reserving accommodations, and securing transport.

- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@springtoursoman.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method.
- Flight tickets and specific hotel bookings might have their own strict non-refundable policies which will be communicated during booking.
Date Change Policy
If you need to change your travel dates, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without extra charges, subject to the following conditions:
- Date changes are strictly subject to the availability of hotels, transport, and guides.
- Shifting dates to peak seasons (e.g., Khareef season in Salalah or winter holidays) may result in a price difference which the customer must cover.
- Changes requested within 14 days of the original arrival date may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.

Special Needs
Please inform us at the time of booking about any special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, halal), allergies, or accessibility needs so we can prepare accordingly.
Data Privacy
The personal information you provide (such as passport copies for visa processing) is used strictly for making your travel arrangements and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
