Prenotaing Politica
At Spring Tour Oman, we strive to make your travel planning as seamless as possible. All reservations for inbound tours, noleggio auto, e assistenza visti are soggette a disponibilità and confirmation by our team.
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required depending on the travel package and season. Full payment details will be provided by your dedicated travel consultant upon itinerary approval.
- Tour Packages: Itineraries are subject to slight changes based on weather conditions or locale regulations.
- Auto Noleggi: A valid interpatente nazionale and a credit card for the deposito cauzionale are mandatory for all self-drive rentals.
- Visa Assistance: Visa processing times may vary. We recommend applying well in anticipo of your travel dates.
- Travel insurance is non inclusa in our standard packages. We consigliamo vivamente purchasing comprehensive assicurazione viaggio.
Important Note: Your passport must be valid for almeno 6 months from your intended date of entry into the Sultanate of Oman.

We understand tcappello plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while covering the operational costs of organizing your journey, reserving alloggios, and securing trasporto.

- Le cancellazioni must be made in writing via email to info@springtoursoman.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-21 giorni lavorativi to the metodo di pagamento originale.
- Flight tickets and specific hotel bookings might have their own strict non rimborsabile policies which will be communicated during booking.
Date Change Politica
If you need to change your travel dates, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without extra charges, subject to the following conditions:
- Date changes are strictly subject to the availability of hotels, trasporto, and guidas.
- Shifting dates to alta stagiones (e.g., Khareef season in Salalah or winter holidays) may result in a price difference which the customer must cover.
- Changes requested within 14 days of the original arrival date may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
