Prenotaing Politica
At Spring Tours Oman, we strive to make your travel planning as seamless as possible. All reservations for inbound tours, car rentals, chauffeur services, and private transportation are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Per garantire la prenotazione, potrebbe essere richiesto un deposito in base al pacchetto di viaggio e alla stagione. I dettagli completi del pagamento saranno forniti dal tuo consulente di viaggio dedicato dopo l’approvazione dell’itinerario.
- Pacchetti tour: Itineraries are subject to slight changes based on weather conditions or locale regulations.
- Auto Noleggi: A valid interpatente nazionale and a credit card for the deposito cauzionale are mandatory for all self-drive rentals.
- Travel insurance is non inclusa in our standard packages. We consigliamo vivamente purchasing comprehensive assicurazione viaggio.
Nota importante: Your passport must be valid for almeno 6 months from your intended date of entry into the Sultanate of Oman.
Politica di cancellazione
We understand tcappello plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while covering the operational costs of organizing your journey, reserving alloggios, and securing trasporto.

- Le cancellazioni must be made in writing via email to info@springtoursoman.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-21 giorni lavorativi to the metodo di pagamento originale.
- Flight tickets and specific hotel bookings might have their own strict non rimborsabile policies which will be communicated during booking.
Date Change Politica
Se devi modificare le date del viaggio, informaci il prima possibile. Faremo del nostro meglio per soddisfare la richiesta senza costi aggiuntivi, nel rispetto delle seguenti condizioni:
- Date changes are strictly subject to the availability of hotels, trasporto, and guidas.
- Shifting dates to alta stagiones (e.g., Khareef season in Salalah or winter holidays) may result in a price difference which the customer must cover.
- Le modifiche richieste entro 14 giorni dalla data di arrivo originaria possono essere trattate come cancellazione e nuova prenotazione.
