Role of Spring Tour Oman and Limitation of Liability

- While we carefully select our partners based on our 27+ years of experience, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or delays caused by the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.
- Payment and Exchange Rates: Tour prices are quoted in omanita Rials (OMR) or US Dollars (USD). Some banks and card-issuing companies may charge their account holders a foreign transaction fee. If you have questions about the exchange rate applied, please contact your bank.
By confirming a booking with us and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge tcappello you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Inbound Tour Prenotaing Conditions
From deserto adventures in Wahiba Sands to costiero experiences in Salalah, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service. However, natural conditions in Oman dictate certain flexibility.
- Itinerario Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel tour itineraries at our discretion if weather conditions (such as Wadi flash floods or Khareef season disruptions) pose a sicurezza risk.
- Our tailored cultural, adventure, and luxury packages include English/Arabic-speaking guidas unless requested otherwise. Biglietti d’ingresso to historical sites are only inclusi if explicitly mentioned in your package.
- Health and Fitness: Some activities, such as hiking in Jabal Shams or Wadi Shab, require a moderate level of physical fitness. It is the traveler's responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions prior to booking.

Auto Noleggio Agreement & Requirements
Spring Tour Oman provides a flotta moderna of 4WDs and luxury sedans for all terrains across the Sultanate. By renting a veicolo from us, the renter agrees to the following terms:
- Driving License: The renter must present a passaporto valido, a patente nazionale, and an permesso internazionale di guida (IDP).
- Security Deposit: A deposito cauzionale via a valid Credit Card in the autista's name is mandatory to cover potential traffic fines, toll charges, or veicolo damage not covered by insurance.
- Off-Road Driving: Driving sedans off-road is severamente vietata. 4WD veicolos may be taken off-road (e.g., Wahiba Sands, Jebel Akhdar) only if authorized by the rental agreement. Damage caused by reckless guida fuoristrada will be charged entirely to the renter.
Visa Assistance & Processing Terms

- Processing Time: Standard processing times may vary. We recommend initiating the visa process almeno 2 to 3 weeks prior to travel. We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing systems.
- Rejections: If a visa is rejected by the omanita authorities for security or administrative reasons, the visa application fee remains non rimborsabile.
